reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly
double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices
or is in breach of its obligations to rentinthesun.com, then
rentinthesun.com reserves the right to remove the property from
the rentinthesun.com web site without notice, no refunds will
be paid.
If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the
online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems,
rentinthesun.com reserves the right to remove the associated
Property Page(s) from the web site. Full payment will be retained.
rentinthesun.com reserves the right to refuse any Property Page
from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be
liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have
their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of
their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal
notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us'
page, quoting their property details. No refunds will be given.
- Payment
Payment by major credit and debit cards can be processed online
by Pay pal.
- Changes to pricing and conditions
rentinthesun.com reserves the right to change the rates and
conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately
for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
