Property DescriptionOur condo is ideally suited to those who wish to enjoy an extended stay on Maui, away from the crowds and hustle of a resort, in a very quiet and private complex with only 32 units. Take the time to truly explore this amazing, diverse island, or use it as a base for island hopping.
This extraordinary, 1160 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, oceanview condo, on desirable, oceanfront Mahinahina Beach, has been totally renovated with the highest quality finishes: travertine stone flooring, low voltage recessed lighting, contemporary curved walls, trey ceilings, and woven and fabric window treatments. Custom kitchen with granite countertops, marble bar top and backsplash, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including wine fridge. Luxurious bathrooms designed with granite counters, Koehler and Hansgrohe faucets, custom travertine and glass shower enclosures. It has been furnished with a contemporary Asian feel, bringing comfort and calm to it's residents. Not a single detail has been ignored.
From the spacious, sheltered 200 square foot private lanai you can whale watch, enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai and experience enchanting sunsets. You can use the electric grill on the lanai or use the resort gas grills located right by the ocean.
Go for a dip in the 8 foot deep pool with a jacuzzi, small beautiful royal blue tiles throughout. Shower and on-site bathrooms by the pool. As these condos are not for transient rentals, the pool area is quiet and not over used.
Down a short path from the pool is the BBQ area on an inlaid stone patio with two picnic tables and 2 propane barbecues. A railing and gentle sloping stairs lead the few steps to the beach. A hose is provided and perfect for washing your feet after a stroll on the beach.
Whale watching season is during the winter months, generally November to May. Whether from your lanai or the beach you can marvel at the grace and splendor of these amazing behemoths. Mahinahina Beach is also home to multitudes of sea turtles and fish, which makes snorkeling here extraordinary, possibly some of the best on the island.
Living Area This newly renovated, 1160 square foot, luxurious condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a master with ensuite, a full guest bathroom, all beautifully appointed with amazing closet and storage space. The living room is a comfortable place where you can relax or watch TV. Other amenities include cd player with ipod dock, dvd player, front loading washer and dryer. Kitchen Facilities The full kitchen is state of the art with top end appliances and well thought out cabinet space. Outside From the spacious, sheltered 200 square foot private lanai you can whale watch, enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai and experience enchanting sunsets. You can use the electric grill on the lanai or use the resort gas grills located right by the ocean. The beach is just a few steps from the condo and has a very private feel.

It is a good walk and all you have to watch out for is multiple joggers who also know this is the place to be. If you go exploring around the island, the Kaanapali area is a short distance to the south, where you will find the famous Black Rock. A spectacular drive is the road to Hana. Go upcountry and hike on the volcano Haaleakala. Or head on down to the south shore of Waialea, for more snorkling and boogy boarding, with its posh resorts. On the north shore you can watch master surfers. And if you are a golfer - Maui is Nirvana! No matter where you go on the island or what you like to do, there isn't a better place on Maui to stay.
