Property Description

Enjoy Waterfront villas located on the Beautiful blue green waters of Brigantine Bay in Treasure Cay, Bahamas. We have 4 individual ground floor villas (no stairs to climb) for rent on our 3 acre spacious grounds. Three large docks are waiting for you to dock your boat and enjoy the sunset! We are a short two minute walk to the beach, Marina, pool and downtown Treasure Cay! The best Golf Course in the Bahamas is only 1/2 mile away.

Living Area

We have a tiled open living / dining room with breakfast table and chairs, sofa and armchairs. Relax here with a great view from our large sliding glass door and watch satellite TV while deciding which activity to do next.

Kitchen Facilities

Our full kitchen is open to our living / dining area. We have all the supplies you should need for preparing that freshly caught Grouper or Lobster Tail that you just brought. Our full size refrigerator / freezer is convenient for all your cooking needs as well as storing that fish you just hooked. Microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, dishes and pots and pans are available for your use as well.

Outside

A large deck covered deck with a BBQ grill and lawn furniture is awaiting for those days that you want to sit back and relax. An outside shower is here as well for washing off the beach sand.

Our property is suitable for a large variety whether your a couple, family or in your retirement years. You can engage in as many activities as you want or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
