Property Description

Vaughan Villa in Exclusive Gated Development. Our luxurious 6 bedroom/4.5+ bathroom villa with sparkling heated 30ft pool and spa is located on the prestigious Tower Lake gated community on Hwy27, just 15 minutes away from Disney and within easy reach of numerous golf courses. Extremely secluded and full of upgrades including games & fitenss room, 50 inch TV, Wi-fi and FREE INT'L CALLS.

Sleeping accommodation at the villa includes two king size master bedroom suites, with large cable TV's, walk-in closet space, both with master en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, and toilet. The third master also enjoys a king-size bed and similar luxuries to the other two. Its en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hall. Bedrooms four and five, have 2 twin beds, plus a nearby family bathroom. Finally, the 6th bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, (again can also be accessed from the hall) has twin bunk beds which sleeps three plus a further single twin bed. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom for your use.

All bedrooms come complete with night-stands with lamp, dresser, telephone, TV with over 80 channels, DVD, alarm clock radio and closet space. Total sleeping for up to 14 people in all. A PS2 is also available for your enjoyment.

For your further entertainment there is a large A/C games and fitness room which has a Cross trainer, Table Football (Foosball), 7ft Air Hockey and a 8ft Pool Table which can be flipped to Table Tennis/Ping Pong if desired. Outside on the patio there is also a full size Table Tennis table.

The house is equipped with FREE Wireless Internet Access throughout. Furthermore, all Local, National and International calls are free (conditions apply). A travel cot and High Chair are also provided free of charge.

A library of books, DVD's and P/s2 games is available for your enjoyment as well as cards and Poker chips.

Local Activities

Disney main gate is a 15 minute drive away.

Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are about 25 minutes drive.

Next door to us is Southern Dunes Golf andf Country club, ranked 6th best in Florida. Championship courses of Reunion, Champions Gate and Celebration is only a short drive away.
