Property Description

Walk to the south beach from this beautiful 4 year old, 4 bedroom, 2 bath pool home. This open, airy floor plan is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or for socializing.

We are just 2 blocks to many area restaurants, the movies, ice cream, fishing, and more.

Living Area

The great room is an open area that leads directly to the pool area. Triple sliding glass doors open all the way up to allow the outdoors as part of your living area. The kitchen, great room and dining room are all open allowing for optimal socializing or entertaining.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. We do have all appliances and dishes and service items for any meal. We also offer a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

Outside

Relax poolside after a day at the beach or instead of the beach. We have a table with 6 chairs, a bar area, a BBQ grill and several lounge chairs all pool side. The pool is heated for those winter days.
