The villa has its own 30’ South Facing pool and spa is located on a large plot in the tranquil surroundings of the Prestige development of Watersong.
This gated community, is fully landscaped & offers a relaxing retreat after the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting theme parks and attractions.
Watersong offers the best of all worlds being located less than 10 minutes drive from Interstate 4, making the gorgeous white sandy beaches just over an hours drive away.
There are several award winning golf courses nearby and the Magic of Disney is still only 15/20 minutes away.

POOL DECK
Step out of the lounge onto the south facing lanai, the perfect spot for alfresco dining or just a little shade before you go onto the sun soaked pool deck. There is a 30’ x 14’ pool with a raised spa pool. The surrounding pool deck has been extended and is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers (floats, toys and arm bands are kept in the garage for your enjoyment). The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and bugs out; this will not affect your tan in anyway. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (usually only required during the winter months). There is a door giving direct access from the pool to bathroom one when required.
A 4ft mesh safety fence is provide to prevent unauthorised access by young children, this can be just part opened or fully removed if not required.
Underwater lighting adds atmosphere to those evening swims and a pool blanket on a winding reel helps to retain some of the daytime pool heat.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully fitted with large work surfaces and island unit with worktops and two breakfast stools. There is a ceramic top range with self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare a family meal, a romantic meal for two or just quick snacks, you can then choose to eat at our formal dinning table or alfresco in the Florida sun by our sparkling pool.
If you need to do any laundry, there is a large washing machine and large tumble dryer in the garage which has access from inside the villa; an iron and ironing board are also provided.
DINING.
The dining area is furnished with dining table, chairs, and place settings, everything for a family meal. There are also table and chairs provided on the pool deck ready for outdoor dining.
LOUNGE
The lounge is bright & airy with Large sliding doors opening onto the pool deck, fitted with comfortable furnishings this is where the family can relax together. There is cable TV provided and a DVD player, there is a selection of DVD’s just encase the children cannot decide which of the 100 plus TV stations to watch. There is also a selection of board games and books provided.
MASTER BEDROOM & En-Suite
This room overlooking the pool area is complete with matching furniture, queen size bed, clock radio, TV/DVD & ceiling fan.
There is a walk-in wardrobe and En-suite bathroom.
2nd MASTER BEDROOM & En-Suite
This room also has a queen size bed, full matching furniture,clock radio, TV/DVD & ceiling fan.
There is a walk-in wardrobe and an En-suite bathroom.
BEDROOM THREE & FOUR
Both rooms have twin beds, matching furniture and fitted wardrobes.
Both rooms also have direct access to a shared En-suite bathroom.
All bathrooms have hair dryers.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
All rooms are fully carpeted and tastefully decorated.
GAMES ROOM
The Games room has both pool and football tables, radio/CD player and bar stools, enough to keep the kids and dad happy whilst mum enjoys a little peace and quite with her book by the pool.
SECURITY
A combination lock safe is provided for your valuables.
The villa is also fitted with a fully monitored alarm system.
