Property Description

Located in a quiet part of the prestigious Hampton Lakes community,this luxury 4 bedroom/3 bathroom Family home has everything needed for a relaxing and stress-free holiday/vacation.

Living Area

In theFamily room you will find plenty of comfortable seating. The entertainment unit houses a large flat screen TV, DVD player and music centre. We provide DVDs, a small library of books and cards and games for all the family. A ceiling fan provides extra comfort. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool area
There is a second area where there is more comfortable seating and a large dining table that will accommodate 8. We provide a high chair for small children. Another flat screen TV is situated in a smaller entertainment unit so there is no need for arguments as to what to watch after a long day at the parks

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen is more than adequately equipped. We provide an electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer (with ice making facilities), dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and blender. There is more than enough china, glassware and cutlery for 8 guests. Plastic ware is provided for use around the pool. Other utensils etc include bake ware, saucepans of various sizes, fry pans, bowls, casserole dishes and BBQ equipment. A table and chairs provides an area for informal dining.

Outside

Our large pool (28ft x 14ft) is completely private,being surrounded by a 6 feet high fence and tropical shrubs and plants.It faces West so gets the sun almost all day. Heating can be provided during the winter months for no additional charge. To help keep the children amused there are several inflatable toys. We supply sun loungers, a large table with chairs and parasol. Outside lighting has been installed for your comfort in the evenings.

We arrived very late last night and now are finally installed in Castlemain Circle. The reason for writing is to say that on first impressions your villa is by far the best we have had the good fortune to stay in (and we have been back to Hampton Lakes a number of times in the last 10 years). The décor is excellent and the milk/water/etc. was a very nice touch. You can see that I have also managed to plug in and the Internet connection is working for me – thank you (I will try and avoid any working but having the option is excellent).

I am sorry for not contacting you sooner, but would like to thank you for our stay at your villa in Orlando.
We all had a great time and with the villa being located so close to all of the major attractions, it meant that we were soon back following exhausting days and able to relax by the pool. I’ll have no qualms about recommending your villa to friends and family. I was particularly thankful for the Internet connection, to keep in touch with the UK and plan days out, and the electronic lock on the front door (being the person who is always entrusted with not losing house keys!). We had a fantastic holiday, and really enjoyed staying in your house. The pool was great, and much used (on a couple of days, the kids insisted on staying at home to use it more), and the house very comfortable. We also had excellent weather throughout the trip

We have just returned from Florida completely refreshed. The villa was beautiful – a complete home from home. You seem to have thought of everything. This was the first time that we had rented a villa in Florida. Normally we go to a hotel, but it was great to have the extra space and the time to laze around when we wanted to.

On the plus side, there were so many to list. Great hair dryers, a lot of towels, clothes hangers, baby items -even a crib-, whole milk in the refrigerator, Braun kettle, cereal, pool and all tools and toys for the pool, pool lights, great mater bedroom, lots of storage/dressers, wifi and biggest - privacy. I guess your home was the only one with such a secluded pool in the community.
