Property Description

Villa Kadyanda is a luxury five bedroom detached holiday villa with a private pool situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over Uzumlu plateau and the nearby mountains. The traditional Ottoman village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has shops, restaurants, bars and a daily market. A short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye town.

Living Area

An archway leads into the main lounge with satellite TV/DVD/CD and a wood-burning fire and a further archway then leads into a separate dining room seating 8 people. Another lounge has a PlayStation 2 and TV/DVD/CD.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 12 people including fridge, freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and includes all the necessary crockery and cutlery.

Outside

The villa is surrounded by mature gardens with a large terrace surrounding the pool provided with ample loungers and parasols. There are three sun terraces outside the bedrooms and another outside the Games Room.

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

The rates are for the whole villa for up to 12 people for 1 week.

Groups of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks outside the Peak season and deduct 15%.

Return transfers from Dalaman Airport for £130 by minibus.

A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge.

Towels and linen are provided and changed during the weekly clean.

Our local English speaking agent is available to provide any assistance required.

Suitability

The villa is suitable for families and children and also for the elderly although there is no wheelchair access.

Local Activities

The attractions and activities are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, microlights, windsurfing, sailing, swimming, scuba diving and water-skiing. While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding, jeep safaris and visiting the many archaeological sites.

Other Information

As part of our ongoing efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion we offer short courses and bespoke packages in kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates. Participants are collected and returned to the villa at the end of each day and qualifications are provided on completion of a course. A great idea for the more adventurous and an excellent way to experience more of the surrounding areas and combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities.
