Villa Kadyanda is a lovely five bedroom detached holiday villa with a private pool situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over Uzumlu plateau and the nearby mountains. The traditional Ottoman village of Uzumlu is a short walk away and has shops, restaurants, bars and a daily market. A short drive takes you to the beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye town.

HM Forces, Emergency Services and Groups of 6 or less can stay outside the Peak season and deduct 15%.

Return transfers from Dalaman Airport for £130 by minibus.

A Welcome Pack is provided free of charge.

Towels and linen are provided and changed during the weekly clean.

Our local English speaking agent is available to provide any assistance required.

To book remit 25% and the balance is paid 8 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by Credit Card through a secure PayPal portal on our website.

The attractions and activities are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, microlights, windsurfing, sailing, swimming, scuba diving and water-skiing. While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding, jeep safaris and visiting the many archaeological sites.
