Property Description

This new, spacious air-conditioned villa is set within the beautiful Seaside complex and is only 50 paces from Calis beach. There are 3 large communal freshwater swimming pools, (one with a bar) and a children’s pool, thus offering plenty of room to swim, sunbath, or relax. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite and have air-conditioning with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. The villa also has satellite TV/DVD and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you need to make your hoiliday easy and enjoyable, including cutlery, crockery, glasses, serving dishes, pots and pans and that all important dishwasher.

There are 4 balconies and a terrace which has a built-in bar-b-q. One of the top floor balconies has a built in store cupboard, handy for your suitcases with mountain views and the other has wonderful sea views.

Suitability

Suitable for couples or families wanting to be close to the beach, within walking distance of restaurants and bars in a fairly quiet and relaxed area. Local Dolmus buses provide a very cheap and good means of transport to most places of interest so negating the need to hire a car.

Local Activities

There is an Aqua Park nearby, horse riding, cycling, walking, quad biking, fishing, boat trips, paragliding, a windsurfing/kiting club, many organised day trips where you will be collected from the villa and even tennis and bowling.

Other Information

Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged at very reasonable prices, along with travel cot and play pen hire and welcome packs.
