Property Description

Eden Villa is a substantial detached villa with its own private pool.

The villa is large enough to take up to 10 guests and its four double bedrooms mean it is suitable for groups of friends or a two/three generation holiday.

Inside the villa is decorated to a high standard and has a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Set in a peaceful area, less than ten minutes from Calis Beach, the villa offers a relaxing holiday whilst still being within easy access of larger towns such as Fethiye.

Living Area

The lounge has two large sofas and an armchair and leads out through large doors to a patio area.

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen has an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. It is fully equiped with crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Outside

The villa has a sizeable covered patio area which enables guests to stay out of the sun but still enjoy the heat outside.

Suitability

Eden Villa is a family owned property. With two small children, we are well aware of the importance of keeping them secure yet free enough to have fun. That's why we've built a decorative railing around the patio area. Whilst it still gives adults and older children easy access to the pool, it has a lock so that younger children are kept safe. Also, bearing children in mind, we provide a travel cot and stair gate, to give you additional peace of mind.

Leah says: Me and 6 of my friends went to Turkey for the first time, we are all in our 20's and wanted somewhere that was chilled out but had a bit of life and we found it in Calis beach! For a start the owners of the villa could not have been more helpful. The information they sent before going was brilliant. Very friendly and willing to help out with any questions that we had. The villa itself was beautiful, it was bigger than I imagined and the pool was fantastic. the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The location was great it was a little way out of town so it was quiet and peaceful but a bus went past every hour to take you to shops and the beach which was a short walking distance from where the bus stopped. The locals were so pleasant and we felt at home straight away. We loved the people, the food was incredible (best steak I've ever had was in Bella Mammas) The excursions that you find at Olu Deniz are brilliant. I would recommend the Dalayan trip with the mud bath, much fun!! And the paragliding if you're a dare devil. We had an amazing holiday and cannot wait to go back again next year. Thank you for having us!!!!

The location was great, few minutes drive to Fethiye and other amenities/Beach. The villa was very clean, very well decorated, furnished comfortably for 10 even 12 if you have 4 small children. The owner had organized everything properly and easy to use. The only downside was the construction around the villa, which I believe it should be finished in few weeks. I highly recommend this villa for families with children, the price and the quality you get exceeds your expectation. While you are there enjoying your stay in Eden villa, make sure to try the lovely tour boat departing from Fethiye’s marina to the 12 outstanding Mediterranean islands (Highly recommended).
