About the Villa
The villa is set on 3 levels..

Lower Floor
Ideal for a family ? It has its own lounge, a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed. The lounge sleeps a further 2 also having its own separate wet room. Fully air conditioned for maximum comfort.

Middle Floor
Comprises of a spacious fully air conditioned lounge diner with polished white granite flooring and soft relaxing high standard furnishings leading to 2 double twin rooms and sharing a large Bathroom.

The lounge leads out to a large balcony, Patio area and the Swimming pool. For your entertainment There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player with a range of movies for your relaxing moments

Top Floor
This floor has 2 further en suite bedrooms.
The main bedroom is a double bedroom with its own Jacuzzi, Leading through Patio doors onto a large private balcony area. The second bedroom is a twin with its own large balcony area. Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned

Outside
The villa boasts a large swimming pool containing underwater lighting and is surrounded by ample landscaped terracing with table / chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Situated at one end of the terrace is a traditional, natural stone built BBQ.

The Villa is surrounded by a walled garden which is newly planted with fruit trees and exotic palms and flowers. There are lights surrounding the perimeter of the property.

Area Description

The Mediterranean Coast Region

The lovely towns of Avsallar and Incekum are about 20km east of Alanya, on the coast between Alanya and Side.

Avsallar is one of the real up and coming towns on this coast, boasting one of the best sandy beaches in the area, along with some stunning scenery. The lively town centre is the best equipped of the smaller towns in the region, with plenty of bars and restaurants along with Turkish baths, a hospital, and all the shops you'd expect.

This attractive village has been well set out with statues, parks and fountains which gives the village a relaxing and peaceful ambience but with still plenty to do. There is also a lively mix in the area as it is a popular resort for the Netherlands, Scandinavia and English.

The Alanya / Avsallar Area

60 min from Antalya airport.
5 min from Avsallar Town centre.
5 min from the sandy beaches of Incekum and Avsallar Beach.
20 drive min from Alanya city centre or The bus service runs every 20 minutes to Alanya.

Close to the villa for your enjoyment you will find a beautiful sandy beach with many water sports i.e., sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing.

There is a Sea Park called WaterPlanet - one of the best water parks the area has to offer.

There are some lovely walks, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports centre &, historic sites.

You will be spoilt for the choice of restaurants & bars and ladies will enjoy the various shopping areas in the village.

Also, highly recommended is the local Turkish bath, this is the most relaxing experience and great value for money.

Belek - described by Golf Monthly as Europe's 'secret golfing paradise 'is approx 40 minutes drive away it boasts 11 fantastic golf courses.

Alanya Castle -Is worth a leisurely exploration. With 150 towers and 7 km of walls snaking across the hillsides and down to the water?s edge, it provided more than ample protection for the garrison and the civilians inside.

The military headquarters (inner castle) was built by Selcuk leader Alaeddin Keykubad in 1226 at the summit of the peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views from its battlements.

Manavgat - market boasts a thousand different stalls for you to test your bartering skills. You can walk away with the ?genuine fakes? for a fraction of the price you would pay back home. A cruise down the scenic river, free time on the beach and a barbecue lunch will make a perfect day out.
