Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

The rates are per big apartment (Type-B: up to 6 persons).

Our prices include VAT, electricity, gas, cleaning and local taxes. A/C (€1.70 per day) and ADSL (€1.50 per day) are charged separately.

Deposits consisting one fourth of accomodation price must be paid at the time of reservation.

Deposits will NOT be returned if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival date.

The rates for small apartment (Type-A) are half the price of the big apartments (Type-B).

Breakfast and local specialities for dinner is served upon request.
