Property Description
Situated in an area of rural Spain which is cultivated with mango and avocado trees. This 3 bedroom villa has a swimming pool and is located within peaceful mountain surroundings and has a stunning panoramic view, is just 10 minutes drive away from a selection of local bars and restaurants. The villa is 20 minute drive from the seaside resort of Torre del Mar which has a very Spanish feel and is a bustling resort with a splendid beach and night life that has many bars,discos and restaurants.15 mins away by car you will find valez malaga, which is the main shopping area and the location of a water park. This villa is ideal for both family or groups.
Bedrooms: Bedroom has a large double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and is en-suite.
Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed plus camper bed.
Bathrooms: Bedroom 2 is en suite with a bath and shower. Bathroom with a shower and toilet along the corridor.
Kitchen: Main kitchen has a hob and oven. A fridge freezer, washing machine and a microwave.
Living Rooms: lounge has 3 sofas and 2 chairs , a coffee table and has a television set. The dining room is separate and has a dining table and chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Clean bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. All other services can be provided at extra costs
There is no special provision for wheelchair users but the house and garden can easily be accessed by a person on a wheel chair.
Outside
There is a large garden with a panoramic view and young tropical trees which were planted 1 year ago; there is a large barbecue and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is 9x5m in size and the maximum depth is 7ft. There is a patio with furniture.
