Property Description

Set in the peace an tranquility of the Andalucian countryside, this beautiful villa has the moststunning views across the valleys and pueblos blancos(white villages). The property has its own private pool , gardens and swimming pool. There is a brick built BBQ and covered seating area to dine al-fresco The villa is extremely spacious and provides exceptional comfort. The village of Colmenar, located just a short drive away provides an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, , banks, supermarkets, 24hour medical centre and a bustling weekly market. Casa Bellavistais an ideal base for day trips to Granada, cosmopolitan Marbella, Malaga old town, Nerja, the extensive beaches and excellent golf courses. Locally we are close to the Torcal and Montes de Malaga National Parks, also a great area for walking , cycling,bird watching, horse riding etc. Along the coast there are excellent shopping complexes, water parks, marinas, zoos,dolphin and fishing trips etc.Choose from an excilerating day sightseeing or going to the beach or just simply sit by your own private pool with a cool drink and relax. The choice is yours!

Living Area

The general living accomodation is very spacious, airy and bright.The lounge has two large comfy sofas, sat tv and dvd/video,music centre a wood burning stove and there is a selection of books, dvd,s and games available. Large french doors lead out onto the patios. There is also a dinig area alongside the longe with a dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. This is located close to the kitchen for easy access. There are three large double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite shower room and french doors laeding out onto the patio. The two twin bedrooms are fully furnished and decorated out in sunny colours. There is a seperate bathroom with wash basin,toilet and large walk-in shower.

Kitchen Facilities

The spacious open plan kitchen is decorated out in typical Andalucian tiles and has a long open breakfast bar which ensures that the chef is not shut away in the kitchen! The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Outside

Casa Bellavista has its own private pool (approx 6 x 4)patios and planted gardens.The spectacular location, hence the name, enables you to enjoy the panoramic views from the property , pool area and gardens. A brick built BBQ is provied along with a smaller portable one. There a re ample sun loungers, parasols, a table and chairs under a shaded canopy for dinig al-fresco, all to ensure your comfort during your stay.The gardens are planted with bushes, flowers and fruit trees. Direct and easy access from the pool and gardens into the property. The pool is gated should there be younger children staying in the party,but strict vigilance is required at all times.Ample parking.

Ideal for families and couples. Plenty of space , close to the local village and ideally situated for trips to the beach, sightseeing or enjoying the delights of the local surrounding area and all its history.

Local Activities

there are a vast array of things to do in this beautiful area. There is an infomation book provided in the property giving details on the local area, festivals, places of interest etc. The area is also ideal for cycling, walking, birdwatching, horse riding. Visit the local villages, exploring the cool narrow streets ,many steeped in Moorish history,sampling the local tapas and produce. Further afield there are golf courses, beaches, water parks, shopping malls etc.

Other Information

The property is located in the grounds of an old Andalucian farmhouse, but it is totally private, with its own private entrance , pool and gardens. there are a few steps down to the villa from where you park your car, but then the property, patios and gardens are all on one level. There are 3/4 wide steps hat lead down to the pool area.Cot and high chair and large toy box can be provided on request.If you would like to book the property , we ask for a 30% deposit to secure the booking,with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt is given for all payments.
