Property Description

This property is very spacious, comfortable property, having a large lounge area which opens onto a terrace with fantastic views and a built in BBQ. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 and 2 pull down beds if needed. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and modern cooking facilities.
Underneath the main house is a seperate self contained apartment which can sleep a further 3 people using a twin room and futon bed. There is a seperate charge for the apartment.
It is just a short walk to a range of shops, bars and restauarnts of every description plus several supermarkets should you wish to cook in. This is a really relaxing family home with a lovely swimming pool shared by a few other properties.
Limited sky TV, DVD player are in the house.

Area Description

Calahonda is one of the early developments along the Mijas Costa coast. It is approximately 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport heading westwards towards Marbella. These properties were built several years ago and hence have mature gardens and pool areas. There is a range of shops and bars unequalled along the other costal areas, all within easy walking distance. A car is not necessary but to get the best out of the area, we recommend you hire one.
Within walking distance of the house is a 9 hole golf course, tennis centre and gymnasium including squash courts.
Great days out include the beaches, golf courses, Marbella and Puerto Banus, all within easy reach and of course there is the legendery Al Hambra Palace at Granada about 2 hours drive up into the mountains behind Malaga. Please contactus for further details.
