WELCOME: Welcome to casa mia. This luxurious villa is situated just 2km inland from mijas golf just off the alhaurin road. One of the only 4 such properties sitting on top of the ridge of a hill, it sits in just over 3000m2, offering unparreled views over mijas hills. The modern property itself is single storey, and offers secure gated access. Internally, the villa is furnished to the highest standards with air conditioning, central heating, a real fire and tiled floors throughout.

OUTSIDE: The villa boasts a vast terraced area to the rear, with pool, a covered bbq area to the side, and extensive gardens to the front , providing sunlight and al fresco eating all day long. the terraced pool area and garden are equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers, and both provide spectacular views over the mountains and countryside surrounding the villa.

Ski: Skiing is available in the approriate months at sierra nevada mountain range approx 2 hours drive away.

Golf: Whatever your requirements, casa mia provides the ultimate tranwuil retreat within minutes of malag airport just out of the sound of shots of 'fore' and well away from airport noise. For the more sportif visitors, mijas golf boats two first class golf courses, and the region as a whole boasts about 60 course, all within easy driving distance. Tennis is also available at the byblos hotel about 5 minutes away, and you'll find fishing, horse riding, boating and water sports all readily available within a few minutes drive aswell as a zoo, water park and tivoli world.

We've just returned from a week at Casa Mia with our two boys aged 9 and 3 and had a fantastic peaceful week. The villa is beautiful with loads of space for a family and it is really well equipped and furnished. We all loved how much outdoor space there was and the great pool was a real hit with the boys plus a garden as big as a football pitch for them! The views are beautiful. It is an easy drive to the beach and the town and we can't recommend it highly enough if you want a relaxing break in the sun - even in mid October we only had two showery days and were able to get on the beach or in the pool the rest of the week.

The directions we received to the Villa were spot on. We arrived at night and had no problems finding Casa Mia. As soon as we walked in we were impressed with its spaciousness and quality furnishings. It had all the facilities we needed and more. We are a family of four, our children are aged eighteen months and two and a half years. My mum also came with us and it was fantastic because she had her own room and bathroom in an annexe attached to the villa. We all had plenty of space and privacy when required. The outside area of the villa is truly outstanding with two shaded sitting areas furnished with tables, chairs and loungers by the pool. I spent many hours lazing in the hammock with a glass in my hand. There is a large garden at the front, we were genuinely surprised at how much space there was. The area where the villa is situated is very tranquil, it was lovely to sit out at night and take in the stunning views. We had planned to explore the area more and eat out but we ended up staying at the villa and barbecuing most days as there was no need to go anywhere!! There are plenty of shops and restaurants 5 minutes down the road and Brian was always available on the phone to advise us where to eat etc. There is also an excellent large shopping mall nearby. Whilst I remember the villa has pool toys provided for the kids, hairdryers, mosquito repellents etc (its well worth checking with Brian what there actually is at the Villa because we took lots of things that were already there)

We definitely plan to return next year, can't wait!!

I just wanted to write a review on this excellent villa (something that i would not normally do) so other people looking can purely benefit. The villa is in a great location, very quiet and perfectly situated in the hills but not too far away from things to do. Its a large villa and plenty of space inside and even more outside and around the property and with no over lookers its great for both families and friends in my opinion. Its very clean and tidy and i would recommend to others without a doubt, we have stayed 3-4 times in the last few years, within a short drive you can do just about everything from going to the beach to playing golf, the location is very good and we have had no faults or complaints. Worth a visit for sure and the weather is great!

Perfect location for all golf in the mijas area. 10 minute drive to a dozen restaurants including the byblos hotel and the beach at la cala. Close drive to the waterpark in Fuenigrola.youare in a perfect position to be near the night life and shopping but a lovely place to retreat and unwind another world have a bbq play the music and relax with a cool glass of wine and not offending anyone bliss
