Property Description

This villa has sea views and is set in the attractive urbanisation of private villas of Hacienda Guadalupe. It is enclosed in its private garden with terraces, swimming pool and large summer room.

The garden faces south with terraces around the pool and grassed areas all with garden furniture to relax or enjoy the views of the Mediterranean coastline, which reaches beyond Marbella. At night it is lit up so you can enjoy an evening drink or swim in the pool.

There is a large summer room for eating & relaxing. This has seating for over 8 people with a day bed, which can also be used for sleeping on those hot nights. There is table & chairs that will seat 8 people with lighting to suit all moods as well as fans to keep it cool. There is also a patio where you sit & relax and a bbq for alfresco cooking & eating.

The entrance hall leads to the main part of the villa and the master bedroom & ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has large patio doors that lead to the garden via a covered patio where you can sit & enjoy the view. The villa has 2 areas of seating & a dining area. The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and all the cutlery, crockery & glassware you need for your stay. The other 2 bedrooms share the bathroom, which has a bath, & walk in shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

There is underfloor heating in the master bedroom & 2 bathrooms; the other rooms have eco friendly radiators, the living area having a wood burner for chilly nights. In the summer all rooms have fans.

Sleeping :
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Beach & swimming towels are not provided.
General :
The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.
entertainment :
The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.
Eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron, ironing board, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.

This is non smoking villa & ask for all smoking to be outside the villa.

Area Description

The villa is ideal for families or golfing parties as its location is within easy reach of some of the best golf courses in Spain, Valeria, San Roque, Sotogrande, La Reserva & just a few minutes away Duqesa Golf Course. Situated 12km west of Estepona and 4 km east of Sotogrande beaches are only 400m from the villa. Many have beach bars and showers on them and most of them have blue flag awards. There are restaurants; shops & bars are only a few minutes drive from the villa. Puerto Duquesa is a few km s away and has marine facilities as well as a wide variety of restaurants & bars. Nearer the villa is a small village called Castillo de la Duquesa and is named after the fortress, which is located at the entrance to the village. This part is mainly Spanish speaking with plenty of traditional Spanish bars & restaurants.

PLACES TO GO & ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA

There is good access to the CN340 & by car is only 45 minutes to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar 15 minutes where it is possible to take the ferry to Morocco and go Dolphin & whale watching. There are numerous trips to North Africa, Tarifa & Cadiz. Less than 45 minutes away you will find historic sites, museum, theatre/cinema, theme park, zoo, large shopping areas and numerous restaurants.

There are plenty of places to visit such as Seville, Granada, Ronda and Casares.
