Property Description

Villa Cerro Muniz is a 3 bedroom, holiday villa near the village of Casares, Malaga.It is a charming villa which has all the amenities of modern life , whilst maintaining the charm of a bygone age, with parts of the original building dating from 1840.

It has 3 bedrooms of which two are double bedrooms with double doors leading out onto private terraces.The third bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs both with shower over the bath.

The living room is very cosy and has satellite T.V with access to all UK channels. There is also an open fire. The large rustic kitchen has an eating area and is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven. French doors lead out onto a beautiful shaded terrace, with wooden table and chairs.

The mature garden has a selection of grapefruit, orange, lemon, fig and avocado trees. There is a running stream at the bottom of the garden with a little bridge leading onto walks across the 3 hectres of land.
There is a 8m x 5m private pool which is surrounded by a paved and grassed area. The pool receives sun all day and there is a large sunshade umbrella to provide shade.

This lovely rustic, holiday villa is situated 10 minutes from the village of Casares, and it is a 15 minute drive to the beaches on the Costa del Sol. Malaga airport is one hour drive away. The Villa is situated down a 600m track which is narrow and steep in places, therefore clients may feel happier renting a 4 wheel drive, although the owner uses it every day in his 2 wheel drive compact car.

The Villa is available from saturday to saturday , although out of high season other arrangements can be made.

The holiday villa is 10 minutes from the charming village of Casares, Malaga and 15 minutes from the Costa del Sol.The village has several bars where you can relax over drinks and tapas or explore the maze of narrow streets that wind up to the castle overlooking the village.10 minutes away are the beaches of the Costa del Sol with various beach bars and restaurants. Marbella is 45 minutes away with the famous Puerto Banus and shops. An hour away are the golden beaches of Tarifa and the Atlantic coast.
