Property Description
There is a communal off road parking area, from here there are a few steps which lead to the front door of the property. This opens into a large hallway. To the right hand side is the twin bedroom, to the left hand side is the family bathroom with shower. Further onto the right is the second double bedroom. The master ensuite bedrooom is off the dining area and has aircon/heating unit provided.
The large open plan living dining area, has free to view TV, music centre, book library and dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, cafetiere, juicer etc. The washing machine is in the utility area accessed from the terrace
From the living area you can access the front terrace with built in brick BBQ. This offers stunning sea and mountain views. There is reclining chairs to enjoy the view. This receives sun first thing so is ideal for enjoying breakfast! There is a roof terrace (shared with the adjoining villa) which receives sun through to the evening.
Pool/beach towels are provided. Children and pets are welcome, not suitable for wheelchair users due to the steps leading to the property. Smoking is permitted on the terraces only.

Area Description
We are based in the beautiful Spanish village of La Herradura on the Costa Tropical, in the Province of Granada, Andalucia. The area is served by airports in Malaga, 50 minutes drive away, and in Granada, a 70 minutes drive. The nearest large towns are Almunecar, 4 miles to the east, and the well known resort of Nerja, 7 miles to the west of the village.
La Herradura is one of the few remaining unspoilt villages on the southern cost of Spain and offers a truly Spanish experience. The pueblo of La Herradura (The Horseshoe) takes its name from the shape of the bay it overlooks and enjoys over 2 kilometres of beach. On the eastern arm of the bay is the beautiful headland of Punta De La Mona and, to the west, the dramatic outcrop of the Cerro Gordo.
The village rises from the beachfront and has all the essential shops, banks and services one could need.
