Property Description
A lovely new three-level ‘town house’ style villa, with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, as well as a lounge/dining room, separate kitchen, and front and rear terraces. The front terrace, which is securely enclosed, overlooks the large communal swimming pool.
The spacious and well-equipped house is on a small development of houses and apartments between the traditional Spanish towns of Aguilas and Calabardina in the Murcia Region. The nearest beach is within 1 km, and there are many quiet sandy coves and beaches within easy driving distance.
