Property Description

Entry to this wonderful new villa is via a short flight of steps into the large spacious open plan living and dining room, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

To the right is the corridor which leads to the bedrooms and the modern well equipped kitchen which has new oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plus a door out to the large rear terrace and large swimming pool. The views from the terrace towards the Mar Menor are stunning.

Then there are two double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms, one with views across the countryside, the other with patio doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool.

At the end of the corridor is the large master suite with ensuite shower room and built in wardrobe.

The house enjoys fantastic views and is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Area Description

The villa is located near Los Belones which offers two small but well stocked supermarkets, a fish shop, butchers (both English and Spanish), bread shops, hairdressers and a number of bars and restaurants.

There are a number of paths and tracks near the villa for some wonderful walks which give stunning views. On the way to the villa you pass the local stables where you to can go horse riding.

It is also a short drive to La Manga club which has 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, 28 tennis courts, 3 squash courts, 2 gymnasiums, Five Star Hyatt Hotel, Spa with therapy rooms, football academy, golf academy and much much more. There are over 25 restaurants on site catering for all tastes.

Nestling at the bottom of the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida is one of the least known and most unspoilt regions of Spain, guaranteed to give you a taste of "real Spain".

With over 315 days of sunshine every year it is little wonder that the Costa Calida means "warm coast" and the unspoilt inland waters of the Mar Menor, the largest natural lagoon in Europe, offer safe and warm water bathing all year round.

La Manga Strip ... the "sleeve" of land that runs from Cabo de Palos in the south to San Pedro in the north is 18km long and encloses the warm tranquil waters of the Mar Menor to the west and has the livelier colder Mediterranean to the east. The Strip is up to 1km wide in parts and in others is merely 100m allowing only for the road to run through with a beach on either side. La Manga Strip is a town in its own right, albeit a long thin one! There are shopping centres, restaurants and bars set in plazas or squares. The marina at the Puerto Tomas Maestre is beautiful and houses some stunning boats and yachts that most of us can only dream of, but the restaurants are great and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Water sports ... well there could not be a better or safer place to learn to sail, jet ski or kite board. The area has a number of sailing schools with a wide range of boats and dinghies on which to learn to sail or to brush up your sailing skills. Diving is a popular sport and there are a number of different diving schools offering anything from the beginner?s course to night dives for the more experienced diver.
