Property Description

The beautiful, very fancy organized masia lies on a large own terrain (1 hectare) with much privacy in a varied undulating and wooded surroundings, something way of the coast. On about two kilometres you see the town Maçanet de la Selva and on the background the Pyrenees. From the villa it’s easy to reach the beach, (airport) Girona, (airport) Barcelona and all well-known picturesque places with their cultural sights. Also there are more than sufficient possibilities to undertake activities.

Location: very central. Nearby airport Girona 16 km, Gerona 45 km, Barcelona 105 km, Sant Feliu the Guixols 30km, Calonge 40 km, Tossa de Mar 20 km, Palamos 45 km, train to Sils 6 km, beach 20 km, stores 3 km and restaurants on 2 km. Nearby three very defiant golf-courses: the Costa Brava, Mas Nou and the PGA of Catalunya. Walking and mountain-biking is possible immediately from the farm. Horse-riding is possible on 3 km distance by making an appointment.

Living Area

General information about the villa: Mas Vidal: lies between the hills and woods in the delta between the AP7 and the NII, very calm surroundings with only destination traffic. You can park your cars on the lot. The masia stands complete free on a terrain of one hectare. In front of the masia there is a partly covered terrace of 70m2 and something higher lain in the garden is a lovely cooling private pool of 10 x 4.5 meters. Adjoining a large terrace with garden furniture. At the pool there are lounge-beds and a sunshade. From the pool there is a fantastic view on the mountains.

The division: via the entrance you reach the large hall. Directly on your left hand is the sitting room with TV, audio and video installation. Films, books and trip guides on approval are present for use. By way of the hall you come in the large dining room with a fireplace that borders on the fancy fully-furnished kitchen equipped of dishwashers, an American refrigerator, a 5 burners gas-cooker with oven and a toaster and a coffeemaker. Large dinner-set and covers. There is also a microwave. On the ground floor there is an extra toilet, a wardrobe, a small wine cellar and a washing space with a washing machine, ironing tools, drying-rack and a vacuum cleaner.

Via the hall and the stairs you reach on the first floor the very overwhelming and large overflow. At this overflow are lying the 5 beautiful decorated large bedrooms with each their own bathroom, toilet and rain shower. Each bedroom has two luxury box springs of 200 x 90 cm. There is much privacy!

The designs are warm, modern, restful and functional. This fancy holiday house is very suitable for families, friends, golf-players, walkers and mountain-bikers who want to have within reach the rest and all the beautiful that the Costa Brava and its interior offers.

Kitchen Facilities

Specific information about the villa: garden with swimming pool of 40 m², BBQ, outside lighting. Dining room with 10 seats, living room with 10 seats, fireplace, TV, internet Wi-Fi. Refrigerator at the pool. Price is including linen and bedding, bath towels and a switch of this on Wednesday. The beds are made up at arrival. The additional expenses: Pool maintenance € 50.00 per week. Heating expense in rent period October until April. The details: Guarantee amount € 500.00, cash on the spot to pay. Smoking is not allowed. At most 10 persons with the possibility to place on two rooms an extra child’s bed (till at most 3 years old). We can take care of these beds. No tents, campers and trailers on the grounds allowed. Leave the house after rent in the same condition as at arrival. Owner lives on the same grounds. Arrival and departure: Arrival: Saturday from 16:00 till 18:00 o’clock. Departure: Saturday before 10:00 o’clock.
