The nearest supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive away and the main shopping recreational centre of Quesada is just a 5 minute drive, a car is highly recommended, to explore the nearby towns of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja.

This property is in an ideal location for exploring the Spanish countryside, or as the golden beaches of Guardamar Del Segura are just a ten minute drive away it is also and perfect location for a beach holiday. the bustling town of Torrevieja is just a 15 minute car journey from the property, with its commercial centres, water parks restaurants, beach front cafes and night-life also makes this an ideal property for the younger at heart.

Quesada is a bustling little township with a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants and is conveniently situated just off the AP70 motorway. The villa is near the Quesada Country Club which holds a variety of nightly entertainments as well as a variety of sporting activities including bowls. It is close to a large market held on Sunday as well as others in Torrevieja, Guardamar, Playa Flamenca etc.
Further afield is the city/port of Alicante with its castle, Elche with leather goods and Benidorm. To the south is Murcia and the ancient city of Cartagena etc.

Rio Safari park is a 20 minute drive with the larger theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, etc., are just an hours car journey away.
There are 3 water parks all within a ten minute drive from the apartment.

There is a stunning 18 hole golf course which is centrally placed at La Marquesa golf club. This is one of the best golf courses in Ciudad Quesada. There is also a golf course at Algorfa called La Finca which is only in the region of 10 minutes away from the hub of Ciudad Quesada with great views all over the Segura area. About 8 km south of Torrevieja there is a further course at Villamartin. Campoamor which was opened in 1989 and Las Ramblas golf course which was launched in 1991 are two additional courses in the region.
Every so often, you may be asked for your handicap certs, golfing courses in Ciudad Quesada set aside this right. The limits are 36 for women and 24 from males on the majority of courses. Play may be not allowed if you have not got your handicap certificate. Many folks come to play at a Ciudad Quesada golf course because they know they?re going to get fair weather, but you ought to always think ahead throughout the golf season and remember to bring a little light rain gear, it?s better to be safe than sorry.
