Property Description

This beautiful villa has 2/3 bedrooms sleeping 4-6 with ease. Everything on one level other than the 3rd bedroom which sleeps 2 (suitable for older children as access via separate outside stairs). Beautiful furniture including large leather sofas, designer glass dining table placed in our fully tiled conservatory and luxurious Super King size bed in master bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker and separate utility room with washer /dryer. The property comes fully furnished with linen and towels provided. You can relax in our private garden area or on the solarium and cool off in the communal pool 50 meters away.

Living Area

Beautiful furniture including large leather sofas, with air conditioning, designer glass dining table placed in our fully tiled conservatory. Suitable sized TV with sky if you fancey watching a film.

Kitchen Facilities

There is a fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker,everything you need to cook a meal including dishwasher and separate utility room with washer /dryer.

Outside

As you walk in to the villa there is a big palm tree and orange trees outside the front, with a grapevine covering our carport. You can walk round the villa to the back garden where you can relax on the sunloungers and enjoy a meal alfresco on a beautifully carved stone table and chairs. You can then walk up the outside stairs to the balcony where there are more sun loungers on the private solarium. It is very beutiful outside.

Suitability

The luxury detached villa can suit any age. It is ideal for families due to the fabulous beaches, communal pool and numerous activities. If you have come as just a young couple there are plenty of night clubs and bars. Also if you are looking for some nice quiet Spanish restaurants there are plenty to be found down by the harbour and just 10 mins drive inland.

Other Information

Perfect for family holidays, golfing holidays, relaxing holidays, long weekend breaks, or longer term winter lets and is available all year.

The large communal swimming pool is just 50m away and is open from 10am to 10pm. The pool is private for the use of residents and guests and is not crowded even in July and August. The pool is enclosed on all sides accessible through locked gates so there is no danger of small children running into the road. There is a separated section for small children.

The local beaches are clean and safe with fabulous golden soft sand, beach bars, climbing frames and warm, safe sea. Cabo Roig beach is adjacent to the marina, La Zenia Beach has a large children’s climbing frame and is good for boogey boarding while La Capitan has a warm inlet at one level. Playa Flamenca and various other Blue Flag beaches with pretty coves start at a short 5 minute drive away.

Visitors Reviews

We went to Carrefour the massive supermarket near Torrevieja and also to the Shopping centre Habaneras which was great. I bought a beautiful leather purse there which was very reasonably priced. We also ate Spanish omelette bocadillos in the fast food place for lunch which were very tasty there on the top floor and had huge ice cream cones from the place next door! There were so many fantastic flavours to choose from! The underground car park here was free!

I admired your cream/burgundy curtains hanging in the main doors to the villa in the living room area very much. So much so that I found some very similar in the Yorkshire Linen shop opposite Habaneras shopping centre in cream/blue and bought a pair which I managed to squeeze in the suitcase and bring home to England with me! They also had matching quilted bed covers which I would have also loved to purchase but unfortunately these were far too big to bring home as additional hand luggage! The shop owners gave me their web site address as there shops are mainly based in England but unfortunately the curtains and bedspread are Spanish and therefore not available here - oh well looks like another trip to Spain in the future might well be in order! We also bought quite a few items of ceramics for the home all of which were extremely reasonably well priced and I'm pleased to say all made the journey back to England in one piece!
