Property Description

Located just outside the centre of Moraira, in a sought-after residential area the villa offers its guests a relaxing retreat from the bustling town, and privacy from neighbouring properties. With a walled garden and gated access, guests can relax with total security around the secluded pool and barbecue area.

The owners receive many compliments on the beautiful garden and the pool and pergola areas that surround the property. There are two secluded eating areas, one to the side of the villa and the other by the pool area and there is plenty of space for sun loungers around the pool. There is a Weber gas barbecue for outdoor eating.

With the focus on outdoor living in Moraira, La Miramar combines this with elegant but comfortable living accommodation over two floors. The main villa comprises three double bedrooms each with king-size beds. There is a large luxury shower room and attractive bathroom and well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, modern hob, fitted oven and microwave. A spacious sitting room with dining area overlooks the pool and garden, with sea views. There is a further large sitting room.

Downstairs, next to the pool area, there is a summer kitchen with water filter, large Bosch washing machine, modern oven and hob, microwave and a further large fridge-freezer. There is also a shower room on this level and a further small sitting room, should it be required. There is an attractive poolside pergola, offering welcome shade, with the gas barbecue, good quality dining set and power points as well as an enclosed pool shower.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning/heating, log fire for winter lets, Broadband, and a modern cot, highchair and pushchair are available for a supplement.

There is a large flat screen TV in the main sitting room and we have satellite TV with English channels. A video player/recorder is also available with a very large collection of DVDs. Our collection of books is also very comprehensive.
