Property Description

This peaceful residential area is well placed for restaurants and shops and as well as the local sandy beach at Moraira, it has numerous less well known coves - perfect for romantic picnics and afternoons soaking up the sunshine and listening to the sounds of the sea. Literally minutes away by car, Moraira is the perfect idyllic getaway - traditionally Spanish it boasts waterfront restaurants and shops.The villa itself benefits from beautifully maintained gardens full of colourful flowers and exotic palms and plants, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a brand new private pool. The beautifully appointed villa is tiled throughout and a homely, comfortable atmosphere is created with lovely furniture and interior furnishings, Sky television, CD player and radio.
Additional information about rental rates
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your holiday. A fully refundable £200 deposit is required as security to cover any breakages.
Linen changes can be ordered at a charge of 10 Euros per bed.
A welcome pack, the contents of which include milk, bread, eggs, tea, coffee etc, can be ordered from 15 Euros upwards - it can be specifically tailored to suit the individual(s) ordering.
There is a brand new private 8 x 4 pool.

Area Description

The villa is located in a peaceful residential area just outside Moraira, and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the sea. A short scenic drive along the coast road, and you'll come across a variety of restaurants and shops. A little further along and you arrive in Moraira, a picturesque coastal village full of seafront bars and restaurants. An enjoyable wonder up the quaint cobbled streets and you discover a lovely range of shops and characteristic buildings. It also boasts a lovely clean sandy beach and a harbour, and holds a diverse local market every Friday. A few miles further along the coast road either way are the towns of Javea and Calpe. These slightly larger towns, each with a large array of places to eat and relax, also have long sandy beaches and lots to do and discover! There are golf courses, tennis courts, bowling greens, diving facilities all available locally, and there is plenty of walking available in the surrounding hills and countryside.
