Property Description

Casa Amanecer is set over two levels. the main level comprises large naya (sunroom) with dining table and conservatory style furniture, a large lounge with sofas and sofa bed which is equippeed with TV, DVD, CD, laptop, free broadband and full SKY TV package (not just free to air). There are two double and two twin bedrroms and three bathrooms

Large fully enclosed garden with solar heated private pool. the pool is surrounded by large terraces with ample chairs and sunloungers. To the side of the terrace is a full BBQ kitchen. There is ample parking down the side of the house

Suitability

This is auitable for family parties and is particullarly suitable for 2 familes as the villa is on two independant levels. We do offer reduced rates for smaller parties so if you would just like a 2 bedroom villa we are happy to ofefr this and we just close of the second level.

Local Activities

This villa is ideal if you wish to just laze around and chill out. In the immediate vacinity are a number of good restaurants and a great supermarket. within 10 minutes are the main centres of Javea with the beaches, restaurants and bars. Around 30 minutes drive will take you to the beaches of Denia, Calpe or Moraira or the fun parks at Benidrom. If you wish to walk, fish, scuba, sail, jet ski, cycle, golf or shop Javea has it all.

We have owned our villa for over 5 years and during that time we have carried out major refurbishments. We have tried to provide everthing you could wish for in a holiday villa. the prices we quote you are INCLUSIVE. Beware of operators offering lower prices then adding lots of extras. We will not do that!
