Property Description
Huge lawned gardens are the feature point of this holiday villa in Javea. Big floodlit pool in spacious terrace set in the enclosed gardens. There is a poolside shower and a pagoda for shade. Plenty of private parking at the front too.
Inside the villa has living room with cable tv, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave (the washing machine is downstairs) the glazed naya overlooks the lovely pool and gardens.
There are three twin bedrooms, one with double and twin bed so sleeps 3 and a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have air con and the others have fans. Family bathroom serves the twin bedrooms.
The villa is furnished in traditional Spanish style and the rooms are all big. The shops, supermarkets and beach area 10 minute drive and the Golf Club is nearby.

Area Description
Javea is the Jewel in the Crown of the Costa Blanca. Here you will find whitewashed villas nestled amongst the pine clad hills.The gently shelving bay of the Arenal beach is a sunworshippers delight and is flanked by bars and restaurants.The area is pedestrian making it safe for children. The port has lots of shops and bars and you can buy fish straight from the boats. There are lots of small coves for snorkelling and plenty of places to eat and drink.
