Property Description

VILLA IN SPAIN SEA VIEW PRIVATE POOL

This luxurious 6 berth + 2. detached villa with private HEATED POOL and commanding a breathtaking panoramic view of sea and mountains, is set in a quiet location high above the orange groves on the hillside of Monte Pego. Situated approx 5 miles from the sea and 2 miles from the old Spanish town of Peg, it is tastefully furnished, with Spanish style covered bar and BBQ and hot-cold poolside shower.

Property Rental Rates

All costs below are on a per week basis unless stated.

Please note: Prices marked with an * are to be used as a guide only.

Prices are for up to 6 people per week in UK Pounds. There is a charge of £35 per extra person, per week, with a maximum of 8 people. There is no extra charge for the cot, highchair, or bedguard. Longstay discount 4 weeks 10%. Last minute discount (2 weeks before) 25% off. Email for late availability and price reduction.

Rental starts and ends on Saturdays. Odd day (min 4) bookings only taken during lower seasons. Villa available on day of arrival from 3pm, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning.

Booking notes

Deposit of £200 per week, upon acceptance of booking. Balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before departure. Returnable holding cheque of £200 for damage.

Local Activities

Health & Beauty Salon is a 2 mins from villa. The BellaVista club is a 10 minute walk (uphill!), which has a fitness room, Heated indoor pool (20m x 8m) for use in low season and a very large outdoor pool (charges apply, '5' euros. p.p. per/day) and a sports/TV bar + also a very good restaurant.



At the entrance to Monte Pego, there is a Bank, a lovely restaurant (which do amazing BBQs every Friday during the summer) and a bar. Fiestas are held in the local towns and villages all through the summer and Easter in Spain is particularly worth seeing, with all the parades!
