Property Description

The villa is located at the heart of the Marina Alta, the North Costa Blanca area, an area known for one the best and healthiest climates in the world. It is ideally located to enjoy the vast amount of tourist attractions in the area.
For those golfing enthusiasts the famous La Sella Golf Course is only five minutes away from the villa. La Sella golf course was designed by the famous Jose Maria Olazabal and offers one of the best courses in Spain.
The house has all comfort needed. It has very recently (autumn 2009) been completely renovated in order to offer a perfectly conditioned holiday villa to our guests. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath tub. The main bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, air conditioning, and a flatscreen TV with satellite reception.
The living room has a spacious sitting area, television (flat screen) with satellite dish, DVD player and hifi stereo installation, air conditioning, and chimnea. Further on a dining corner, with modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is also completely new, and has all commodities needed, including dish washer, oven, microwave and ceramic hob.
There is a secured WiFi connection for internet access (optional).
Outside there are plenty of terrace surfaces to choose from, surrounding nearly the complete house, and leading to the open air private swimming pool. The pool can be heated on request (optional). Further on there is a covered patio with french sliding doors, and an extra fully fitted outside kitchen, gas barbecue, sun beds and plenty of garden furniture.

Pricing:
- Mid season (Spring and autumn): 490? per week, excluding end cleaning and chosen optional costs.
- High season (July and August): 950? per week, excluding end cleaning and chosen optional costs.
- Special price for long term winter stay: 1100? per month, excluding electricity costs.
Booking Conditions:
To reserve your holiday dates, just send us an inquiery with your preferred dates. The villa will be officially booked as soon as a deposit payment of 20% of the cost is received. A tenant contract will also be provided. Four weeks prior to your holiday departure the remaining balance plus a refundable damages deposit of 200 euro is then due. On return from your holiday and given that the villa has no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear then the damages deposit is returned immediately and in full.

Area Description

The villa is situated in a quiet street and in the prestiguous La Sella neigbourhood with 24 hour security service. Just sit and relax the good sunny life in Spain.
La Sella urbanisation is a residential area, named after the nearby Golf Club of Denia (La Sella Golf Club). There is a horse riding school, a tennis club, a small supermarket and farmacy at less than 500 meters distance from the villa.
The villa is only 10 minutes drive from Denia and Javea, with a wide choice of beautiful beaches, either sand beaches or rugged rocky coast lines. The towns still have kept their typical Spanish character, and managed to avoid the mass tourism of other towns at the Costa Blanca.
