Property Description

Main bedroom looks out over 20 sq metre balcony with magnificent panoramic views, double wardrobe space 2nd bedroom has 2 x 3 ft. beds, and full air-con with double wardobes and air con. 3rd bedroom has a double bed,fitted wardrobe, storage chest with mirror,small front facing balcony with sliding doors and full air-con with double wardobe. A double sofa bed in sitting room. All bedrooms have full shutters and curtains. .
The property is only 6 years old so all furniture and fittings are new and to a very high standard. Air-conditioning is available at a charge of £35 per week ( 40 Euros) as a contribution towards electricity.

The villa is in a front line position offering view of golf course and easy access within 10 minutes. The 27 hole Championship Golf Course offers great golf for all handicaps, easy tuition, driving range, club hire. The existing course designed by Jose Maria Olazabel. Alternative sports on offer are great tennis facilities with tuition, horse riding, mountain biking or just walking. All this is here in the amazing Mount Mongo National Park . Sandy beaches within 15 minutes drive offer great swimming, sunbathing and sailing. A short drive to water theme parks.

Golf: Other great golf courses are nearly, such as the course at Oliva Nova - a great test of links golf designed by Seve Ballesteros at a 20 minute drive from the villa. One of top courses in Europe is in easy driving distance called El Bosque designed by Robert Trent Jones. And if you want to try one of the best courses in Europe- in fact voted 2nd after Valderama then we we are within 50 minutes of El.Saler.

Other Activities: La Sella Golf Course and Marriott Hotel are within 5 minutes from Villa. Also 2 top golf courses in Europe are within an easy drive.Ground floor rooms are air-conditioned and there are room fans available. For winter lets there are separate heaters and central heating is available the heating is warm air. All windows have shutters offering high security. There is 24 hr. security at the entrance to La Sella complex with costant patrols. The top floor landing/lobby has two drinks fridges adjoining the roof terrace with a selection of sun loungers.

Clubs and buggies can be hired and tuition is available. 2006 will see a further 9 holes added. Javea's Golf Club is a 15 minute drive and a 30 minute drive will take you to Oliva Nova Golf Resort, a links course.

The villa is within easy reach of the A7 motorway.
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are within one hours drive. Car hire is essential.
