Property Description

The villa is set in a quiet location 10 minutes from the long sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan, and 5 minutes from the Bonalba Golf Club and Spa. The detached villa is set in its own grounds with mature gardens and private pool. The historic town of Alicante with its fabulous marina is a 10 minute drive away and Benidorm with its lovely beaches and bustling nightlife is 25 minutes drive. The panoramic views of the mountains and the distant sea, make this the ideal location for a tranquil holiday with all the fun of the sun on your doorstep.

During peak season changeover day is Saturday, this is flexible outside of peak season. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10.00am, this allows us time to clean the villa before the next people arrive.
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with fitted wardrobes.

Utility Room: Equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: Lounge 1: upstairs large with stone fireplace, wood burner, sofas, TV, DVD, Free Sat TV, A/C. Patio doors lead to a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. Lounge 2: downstairs L shaped lounge/diner with Sat TV, DVD, sofas, dining tables.
Other: Patio doors downstairs leading to garden and pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All bed linen and towels including beach towels are provided and laundered weekly by arrangement. Cleaning and laundry service charges are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning can be arranged if required.
The villa is suitable for two families if required as both floors can be self -contained. There are connecting doors and a separate entrance for each floor. The villa is secure with locking gates and it also has an alarm system. A welcome pack will be provided, bacon, eggs, bread, milk, tea, coffee etc. The bedrooms and lounge all have air-conditioning.
The villa is set in its own grounds with a mature garden of palm trees and shrubs. The pool, 10 x 5m, has Roman steps, pool slide and underwater lighting for those midnight swims. There is a gas BBQ and large terrace overlooking the pool and comfortable sun beds.

Area Description

The villa is 10 minutes drive from the white sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan with its numerous bars and restaurants.El Campello beach front has been pedestrianised making it safe for children. Benidorm beaches are 25 minutes drive away.

Golf
Bonalba Golf and Spa is 5 minutes drive from the villa. It has 18 holes a par of 72 and a total length of 6,367m. The course has sea views and a perfect climate to enjoy a game any time of the year. The club house has a restaurant and Spa with a lovely indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.There is an outdoor pool for the summer time with a luxurious sun bathing area and poolside bar.

Travel
Alicante airport is 25 minutes by car, Murcia San Javier airport is 1 hour drive and Valencia airport is a 2 hour drive away. The use of a car is essential. There are numerous car hire firms at the airports all available to book for pick-up at the airport. Further details
Busot village is 5 mins by car and is very old.There are a few shops and bars and a very nice restaurant there. The local baker will deliver fresh bread and cakes to the villa everyday if required. El Campello is 10 minutes by car, there you can find shops, banks, supermarkets and the beach.There is a large hypermarket and shops less than 10 minutes away at San Juan. There are many activities a short drive away including water parks and Terra Mitica, one of the most modern and attractive theme parks in Europa, Terra Natura, Guadalest the ancient monks village set in the hills and the waterfalls of Algar where you can swim in natural spring water in beautiful surroundings. In Busot we have the stunning Canelobre Caves, they are some of the most spectacular in the whole of Spain. Overlooking Busot is the mountain range called Cabeco D'Or, this means the mountain of gold. There are breathtaking walks up these mountains and the views are stunning.
