Property Description

Finca Arboleda has a one bedroom apartment and the old stables, a detached 2 bedroom villa which is fairly private and very well apointed.

Finca Arboleda is in the country but only 5 minutes from Vera town and 10 minutes from the beach.

The living area has a 3 seat sofa-bed and 2 seat sofa,TV with English sat and DVD with 200 movies

Kitchen Facilities

The kitchen is very well equiped with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, cool box etc.

Outside

Finca Arboleda is set on 3 terraces covering over an acre of land with over 100 mature fruit and Olive trees. The old stables has it's own large patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers.
