Property Description

A hiring not like the others….

Our villa in Senegal is designed so that your stay is most pleasant possible there.

We require the best for you, as we require it for us at the time of our various voyages.

It is in a calm residence, guarded, at the edge of a sand beach end that niche our villa African on a raised ground of 520m2.

Rare are these surfaces of garden in residence, which make us avoid the promiscuity and the noise of the vicinity.

A dazzling flowering, of the tropical plants, the grass maintained daily by our gardener, of the lemon trees, the coconuts and a splendid baobab tree (rare in a garden).

The villa of a surface of 135 m2 can accomodate from 2 to 6 people easily (even 8 if children), plus Two covered terraces of 40 m2 each one decorated of bougainvilleas.

An interior surprising by its space and its height of ceiling, nicely worked in roll sérère.

Living Area

Our villa is located in a residence kept at the north of Saly (with 80km of Dakar). The villa is to 50 m of a swimming pool of 600m2 which is composed of a pataugeoire and 2 basins for largest, with deckchairs and mattress at disposal. To 200 m a beach with direct access by flowered alleys with the multiple colors, or awaits you our plagist who will lay out your towels on the deckchairs with the shade of the coconuts or parasols straw huts. Prochent of the small shops, and all the activities which one can find on the station: quad, water sports, ulm, diving, golf, karting, thalasso, discotheque, buggy… animalist park, accro connects… A way curves this splendid sand beach end and coconuts, which you will be able borrowed for your ballades from foot or bicycles which will make you discover this coastal landscape. Between Mbour (known by its port, its arrival of the fisherman and its market) and Somone with its lagoon and its reserve with the birds.

Kitchen Facilities

A decoration looked after in the least detail, than it is in the stay, the dining room very luminous (thanks to its 3 French windows giving on before and back of the garden), Which has a table of 8 people and all the table linen at disposal. American kitchen entirely equipped (micro wave, coffee machine American refrigerator, grid bread, kitchen utensils, crockery…) a storeroom with lava linen. top-of-the-range and programmable Split air-conditioning in all the parts. For your leisures of the evening, you have the choice between looking at television, viewing a film dvd, to listen to music (stereo accepting your keys USB or MP3), surfer on Internet (connection wifi), to play board games, or quite simply to read good the pounds placed at the disposal. Outside: access to the villa in the car and garage. a barbecue is at your disposal, a table and chairs out of wrought iron, 2 deckchair with mattress, a table straw huts, a hammock, a shower in bamboo. 2 bicycles.

upplément: Electicity: 0 euros 195 kwatt water: 1 euros 20 m3 (approximately 15 euros with 20 euros the week following the consumption and Nb of people). Visitor's tax: 600 fcfapersjour is: 0,92 euros (except age lower than 13 years). A leasing agreement is drawn up request for harrhes (for the reservation) of 30 percent of the sum. guarantee 600 euros the balance is to be poured 1 month before the catch of hiring.
