Property Description

Our friendly guesthouse is situated above the pretty village of Arco Calheta with good sea views. The colonel style villa boasts a large garden full of beautiful palm trees and tropical plants its walled surround gives it an air of peace, and private atmosphere. The swimming area has a self catering unit with bbq with lots of room to relax, sunbath, read, listen to music, or just chill out. We are only 3.0 kilometres from the sandy beach and marina of Calheta with its bars and restaurants, or a 20 minute drive into the main town Funchal, and (historic old quarter). The owner Charlie has a 40 feet sports fishing boat with a licence to take customers fishing, whale and dolphin watching, or just enjoy a sunset cruse along the coast. Calheta is close to the mountains where Madeiras
famous Navada walks can be found ,or 35 minutes from two golf courses.
