Property Description

Accommodation Description: Jardins de Pêra, is a new private condominium comprising of 25 villas with private Parking and secure electronic entry. The high standard accommodation is on two levels. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One double bedroom with patio doors to the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, the second bedroom has two single beds again with patio doors onto a private balcony. The bathroom has a spa bath and shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin. From the landing an additional door leads to the balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area. The patio doors lead onto the villa seating area which has a table and chairs provided overlooking the garden and pool area.

The entrance hall has the electronic access telephone and under the stairs there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Living Area

The dining area can accommodate up to eight people for a meal using the extended dining table. The settee will convert into a bed for two people providing additional sleeping area . There is also a large sideboard unit, coffee table and a television with

Kitchen Facilities

On the ground floor the kitchen, dining and Living Room are equipped to the highest standards. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential equipment as well as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric rotisserie oven, microwave, toaster, coffee percolator and electric kettle.

Outside

The area is landscaped with two pools, one exclusively for children and a large pool for adults with communal sun loungers and tables for Villa guests. A large barbeque area is available with tables and chairs where guests can socialize.
