Property Description

Casa Mignon is equipped and furnished to a comfortable standard and whether you spend your time inside or outside, you will have all you need. The villa has a telephone for incoming and outgoing local calls. The villa is managed locally and our team, including Michael, the manager, Adriana the maid, Jose the poolman and our gardeners all have one aim - to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay. Our maid will visit the villa four to five times a week depending on your needs. She is happy to look after your personal laundry and ironing if required. The pool and gardens are maintained regularly.
The well equipped, fully-fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee percolator and an extensive array of all the cooking utensils you could possibly require. Sufficient crockery and cutlery is available to enable you to prepare dinner parties for eight adults. There is also a separate cloakroom and WC on this floor. The bedrooms each have twin beds and ample wardrobe space. The master twin bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has French doors leading to the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms, one of which also has French doors leading to the pool terrace. A separate family bathroom services these rooms and is situated off the entrance hall, adjacent to the laundry/maid's room.

Area Description

Lagos once the region's capital, stands on one of the largest bays. It is a busy town with a thriving fishing industry and an interesting old quarter largely made up of 18th Century buildings. It is full of character, picturesque and lively with a charming promenade, a new marina and bustling pavement cafes flooding out onto little squares and pretty streets. Situated in the west of the Algarve, it is accessed via the new motorway directly to Faro Airport.
