Property Description

This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom ground floor villa is situated in the residential area of Vale do Milho, only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club. It is a piece of home from home, surrounded by its own large gardens, and benefits from a terrace with ample sun loungers, brick built BBQ, and large al-fresco dining table & chairs overlooking the gardens, large retractable sun awning on pool terrace, and VERY LARGE POOL, measuring 16m x 8m complete with optional heating. The property also has double glazed doors and windows with fitted mosquito nets. The accommodation is single floored making it suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

There is a spacious, bright airy lounge dining room overlooking the pool, equipped with Telephone for incoming calls, Sky TV, Free BBC channels, VCR Player, DVD Player, music centre, air conditioning and log burner. A wi-fi internet connection is available free of charge. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and gardens.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with filtered water on tap, fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave & oven with gas hob, and overlooks the gardens surrounding the property. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area. There is also a separate wc & hand basin next door to kitchen.

The bedrooms consist of 4 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & dressing table, air conditioning, and patio doors out to the terrace. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - one with combined bath & shower, the other ensuite has a walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom of double hand basins, and bath & shower combined.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Living Rooms Lounge with armchairs and sofas, air conditioning, a log burning fire, and satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. Dining area with dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors leading to the outside terrace and huge pool and bbq with large stone dining table for al fresco dining.
Kitchen Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. *Please bring or buy dishwasher tablets if you wish to use the dishwasher.
Bedrooms 4 twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, dressing tables, portable fans and patio doors to the terrace.
Bathrooms Master bedroom and second bedroom both have en-suite bath/shower rooms, aswell as a family bathroom with bath/shower and double basins. Also a guest cloakroom.
Other Small laundry room with washing machine adjacent to drying area.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service All bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided free of charge and will be changed on a regular basis. A mid-week maid/cleaning service is provided. * No pool or beach towels provided so please bring your own.

Outside

The huge pool (16m x 8m), is roman stepped and reputed to be the largest in Carvoeiro. At the shallow end the depth measures 1.15 metres, with the deep end measuring 3.00 metres. Pool heating is available as an extra, perfect if you have small children or are coming out of peak season. There is a useful adjacent outside shower, plenty of sun loungers and a dining table with a pull down canopy for shading that is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. Steps lead to the secluded roof terrace which offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vale do Milho countryside, and space for sunbeds.

There is an additional charge of £120 per week for air conditioning and £140 per week for pool heating.

Seasonal Pricing

Area Description

The nearest restaurant with fabulous garden and children's play area is just a 500m stroll away, and the centre of Carvoeiro with an array of restaurants, shops and bars a short drive.

Coast/Beach

There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Golf

Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.
Location

Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.

A short walk from this property is the bustling town of Carvoeiro with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars (English babysitter available), and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and three golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes? drive.

Visit Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under ?10!

Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
