Property Description

Almancil, villa with private pool, Faro, beach

The beautiful villa lies in a very quiet residential area, only 5min drive to the centre of Almancil and 10 min drive to the beach. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedroom), a bathroom, a guests toilet, kitchen and the tastefully furnished living/dining room. On the first floor there is another double bedroom and bathroom en suite and the beautiful roof terrace. From there you have wonderful views to the sea. Outside, in front of the living room, there is another large terrace with dining table & BBQ and a nice lawned garden with the private pool. Sun lounges are available.

We want to inform that we have a dog and a cat living on the property. They are very cute, lovable, and affectionate! The dog does not bite, and the cat certainly does not either :-). They are always around the house or on the terrace. Therefore: Animal lovers are especially welcome, allergic persons better not. Our neighbours feed the pets and they also take care of pool & garden.

Living Area

Lounge with 1 Sofa and 1 Sofa-bed (for 1-2 extra persons, additional charge: 50€/week), fire-place, dining table, SAT-TV, DVD-player, books and games.
Through large glass sliding doors you have access to the terrace, pool and garden.

Kitchen Facilities

The fully equipped kitchen contains Cooking stove with Oven, Fridge & freezer, Coffee maker, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Eating utensils and cutlery and a Breakfast table with 4 chairs.

Outside

Spacious and partly covered terrace with dining table for 6/7 people, garden furniture, barbecue, sun beds, umbrella, pool 4x9 metres, beautifully landscaped garden. There is also a roof terrace on the first floor, where you can sunbathe or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The garden is unsuitable for small children, because the pool is not covered nor fenced.

Suitability

Casa Avalon is suitable for families, golfers and individual travellers who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Local Activities

Casa Avalon is located only a few kilometres from the sea and the famous golf courses of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
In Almancil you find restaurants, bars/cafes, local shops, supermarkets, banks, post office etc.
There is also quite a bit of culture to offer. Visit e.g. the Church of Saint Lawrence in Sao Lorenzo (next to Almancil) and the cultural centre of Sao Lorenzo with various exhibitions.
The city of Faro of course also offers many attractions and sight seeing, especially the wonderful old town and the harbour.
