Property Description

The villa is south facing and enjoys long hours of sunshine, situated less than 20 metres from the water

front, with beautiful sea views from all three bedrooms. It has recently been refurbished and is stylish, yet remaining in touch with the Venetian Gothic Heritage.

The ground floor is open plan with sitting area including double sofa bed, kitchen and dining areas.

1st Floor has a large master bedroom with double bed and shower room with wc. 2nd Floor has a twin

bedroom, double bedroom and shower room with large shower, wc and washing machine.

All along the sea front are small jetties for swimming and sunbathing and either end of Perast you

have long jetty type beaches one with beach bar and one with a boules area.

Living Area

We have a spacious living area which is mondern with a rustic touch in keeping with the villa's Heritage.Wood burning stove for winter, air/conditioning, large sofa's and double sofa bed, coffee table, T.V, dinning table and chairs etc.

Kitchen Facilities

A small compact kitchen is part of the open plan living area. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge with ice compartment, kettle, toaster, Pot, pans, cutlery,plates, glasses,etc.
