Property DescriptionVila Hollick which sleeps 6-8 is south facing and situated less than 20 metres from the water front in the picturesque UNESCO village of Perast. The villa has recently been refurbished and is stylish, yet remaining in touch with it’s Heritage. 1st Floor has a large master bedroom with double bed and shower room with wc. 2nd Floor has a twin bedroom, double bedroom and shower room with large shower, wc and washing machine. All the bedrooms have a sea view. Perast is essentially an old stone nautical village with a strong Venetian influence, located on the Kotor Bay and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views around the bay. The village is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum.
The two islands of St George and Our Lady of the Rock are close by and can be visited in one of the small boats leaving from the square. The village has one hotel, a post office and two shops which are surrounded in the summer months by small bars and restaurants all along the sea front. Perast is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region- Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history, walking, exploring the caves of Spila above Perast, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.
Living Area The living area is spacious and modern with a rustic touch in keeping with the villa's Venetian Gothic Heritage. A wood burning stove for winter, air/conditioning for summer, large sofa's and double sofa bed, coffee table, T.V, dinning table and chairs et Kitchen Facilities The kitchen is part of the open plan living area separated by the bar.
