Living Area

Our BEACHFRONT ESTATE has 3 large homes and 7 secluded studios located on the best long white sand beach on the Bay of Banderas. We are located 15 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Just far enough outside of the big city to not be bothered by the hussel and bussel. Our quaint village is called Bucerias.

I bought this one arce estate 25 years ago and used it as a family beach house for 16 years. I have added more units to it over the years and now offer it out for every one to enjoy.

Local Activities

The white sandy beaches are perfect for jogging, long peaceful walks or simply collecting shells. Here the ocean is a swimmer's delight - just bask in the gentle waves, or go body surfing and boogie boarding. In the evening, relax and watch the magnificent sunsets to make your day on the beach complete.

If you are feeling more adventurous, then fishing and whale watching trips are easily available. Take a boat to the nearby uninhabited Marietta islands, where you can go snorkelling, scuba diving, birdwatching, or exploring the caves. A little further north of Bucerias, there are many other places to enjoy. Closeby is the fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the breathtaking coastal drive to Punta Mita makes your vacation on the Northshore truly memorable.

Set in the extensive and beautiful grounds of Casa Manana Estate, this spacious single story ranch home gives you a taste of traditional old-world style. Its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and large living area will accommodate up to 7 persons. Facilities include local cable TV, DVD and air conditioning. Relax and sun yourself by the luxurious 50ft swimming pool, surrounded by majestic coconut palms, leafy banana trees and tropical birds and flowers. Or step through a private gate to the best walking beach on the north shore, where you can swim in safety all year round. Sit under your private beach palapa late into the evening after drinking in the vibrant colors inspired by the sea and sky at sunset. The ultimate experience in the tropics!
Daily maid service is provided and a cook is available upon request.

I had the joy of spending five wonderful weeks at Casa Manana 2, together with four of my priest friends and a few days with the Archbishop of Santa Fe. We all fell in love with this very special place. I have been going to the PV area for fifteen years, but this was the first time we had rented a house. Casa Manana 2 - like all the Casa Manana properties, was beautiful in every way. The location on the beachfront is perfect. But the real joy is Mike and Vivienne and the great staff. While always respecting your privacy, their friendliness, concern and love give a feeling of family to all the guests. I am sure that I shall be returning to Casa Manana, God willing, for many years to come.

This will be our 8th year at Casa Manana and every year has been a vacation to cherish. My husband and I started in 1997 with a one week stay, 12 days in 1998, 2 weeks in 1999, 3 weeks in 2000 and now we there for a month. I don't think we can ever go back for less time thanks to Mike and Vivienne. They have made the Casa our home away from home, the home you wish was your own. My experiences at the Casa Manana have been wonderful every year. The small town outside the big one, you can maintain the quiet of Bucerias or go to the big party in P.V. At the Casa you have the feeling of living within a small local community but still maintaining the luxurious living conditions within the walls of Casa Manana. I love the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the weather!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to get back!!!!!!!!! Privacy and security are part of why we come back to the Casa and of course Mike & Vivienne.
