It is a villa built in the year 2000, of 220m2, well decorated, situated in Pereybere, 15 minutes walk to the beach, It is located within 800 m distance to the beautiful blue lagoon of Pereybere and near Grand Baie also known as 'the Saint Tropez' of Mauritius. The villa is near all the shops, bank, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ayurdevic centre. . In this price, a daily maid service is included as well as bed linen.

The villa has also 2 bathrooms, one with shower , the other one with bath, hair drier, mixer taps, one large terrace upstairs of 18 m2 with sun bath chairs and small tables and one large furnished terrace downstairs at the entrance

All the rooms are well decorated in a warm and authentic cosy atmosphere. The villa is very clean and a good housekeeping is organised. Bathrooms and kitchen have good and modern equipment (tap with thermostat to regulate temperature's water in the shower, mix water tap hot/cold for the others).You have in the kitchen electric kettle, aspirator, toaster, Italian coffee maker, dish-washer. Table and iron are available. Good value for less money. Centre of ayurvedic massages is very close in the neighbourhood.
