Property Description

Razzett Harruba is a fabulous house of character on the outskirts of Gharb, in the 'Birbuba' area, a few minutes' walk from the famous San Dimitri chapel.

Traditional Maltese Architectural features like wooden beams, limestone arches, stone floors and wrought iron were used in the construction of this property.

This villa is popular in Summer with families or groups of friends or divers who make the most of the pool and deck area but it is also set in the heart of Gozo's countryside which makes it an excellent location for country walks in Spring and Autumn.

Pool is kept clean by the owner. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are supplied and changed on a weekly basis.


Downstairs...... A pine bedroom with 2 single beds and space for a third. This bedroom has a window overlooking the small front garden.
The downstairs bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refridgerator, electric cooker/oven, microwave oven, electric toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen leads into a large Sitting/Dining room which overlooks the pool/BBQ area and views of the Gozitan countryside and the sea in the distance. Beautiful views of the sun set from here.
There are also 2 box rooms.

Upstairs....... The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath, wash-hand basin and a toilet. The furniture is rustic and the double bed is a four poster. A balcony overlooks the pool and the views to the West.
Two other pine bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. One is larger and has space for a spare bed. It has a balcony and window overlooking the house entrance. The other has a window opening up onto a small internal yard.
A bathroom with bath, toilet and wash-hand basin is across the corridor from these 2 bedrooms.
A terrace upstairs offers splendid views to the West.
