The house is located within easy reach of major historic cities. Perugia is 20 km, Assisi in 30 km. There are 98 km to Siena, 155 km to Firenze, and 170 km to Roma. Golf and an Outlet village are 30 minute from the house. . The Villa is surrounded by a well kept garden with lawns and a beautiful 7 X 14 meter swimming pool with ample garden furniture and fantastic views (open from 15/5 - 30/9).
