Bathroom 1 Adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3, this family bathroom has been designed using contemporary fixtures combined with natural finishes and includes double basins, a WC, bidet and a large stylish polished cement walk-in shower.

Bathroom 2 Situated inside the bedroom 1 it comprises an exceptionally spacious polished cement shower, a single basin, WC and bidet. The shower offers views over the garden through a window.

Eating area large shaded patio ideally situated next to the outside sitting area and close enough for guests to enjoy their aperitifs while keeping an eye on the barbecue, the outdoor kitchen has an outside sink, preparation bench and built-in barbecue it?s fourinshed with a white design table and a mixed vintage and design chairs. Outside sitting area is overlooking the pool, the perfect foil for rural poolside slothdom in a stunning and tranquil setting.

The swimming pool measures 10 m x 3 m is for exclusive use by villa guests.
It has been impeccably styled with moisaque tiles, underwater lighting and beautiful landscaping.
Sun mattresses and pool towels are provided.

Weekly rates include cleaning and rehabilitation of the house for 3 days a week for 3 hours per day (extra hours of cleaning on request ? 9.00 per hour), the consumption of water, gas, linen and towels and electricity). up to a maximum weekly consumption of 60 kwh (the surplus to be considered by tenants with an average cost of ? 0.25 per kWh). Bath towels and cotton bedlinen are provided and will be changed once a week on Saturday?s. Guests are invited to launder pool towels as required.The use of heating for the winter months, to be exempted from the weekly rates will be calculated separately, charged by consumption. It also included the final cleaning amounts to ? 150.00. E ?provided a deposit of ? 700,00.
