Prices are for the property per week or daily in UK Pounds. Bookings that are over 7 days will be charged pro rota. There is no extra charge for extra guests or children. There can be negotiable discounts for bookings of over 21 days and for off season and Monsoon lets. Monsoon bookings made more than three months before commencement of booking must be for a minimum of two weeks. Shorter lets will be considered within three months of commencement.

Local Activities

Casa Maya is in Candolim village and is 10 minute drive from Calangute. It is easily accessible to Panjim and also the northern beaches of Morjim and Aswem. The famous Wednesday Flea market at Anjuna is about half an hours drive away or accessible boat from the beach and Ingo's Saturday Bazaar is 20 minutes away.
