Hannah has a self contained twin bedroom apartment which allows for more flexible living arrangements.

Hannah boasts a private swimming pool with a lovely garden, planted with flowering plants, palms and other ornamental trees. From her shady balconies and sunny pool area Hannah has spectacular views across rolling hills, the sea and The White Mountains. When the sun sets over Pano Stalos the enchanting lights of Chania can be seen twinkling on the distant horizon. A private place and a truly magical location for family and friends to relax and unwind in the convivial spirit which has breathed upon these hills for centuries.

Hannah has a beautiful pool with a large patio area with ample, loungers, parasols, and a covered swing seat. There is also a barbecue and two large tables, one on the covered balcony the other by the pool to allow for al-fresco dining.

Area Description

Pano Stalos is an authentic Cretan Village which boasts three excellent tavernas, all three serve delicious local cuisine.
There is a small village shop with a very friendly shop keeper who speaks good English but loves it when you attempt a little Greek.

This peaceful village has views of the White Mountains and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
At the bottom of the hill, some 7/8 minutes away by car, close to the sea shore is Kato Stalos.

Kato Stalos

In contrast to the more peaceful Pano Stalos, Kato Stalos has plenty of bars, tavernas, and restaurants.
There are excellent facilities here, banks, hotels supermarkets and businesses offering excursions to the Samaria gorge, the Palace of Knossos and other local tourist spots.

The long sandy beaches are excellent and have been awarded the exclusive Blue flag standard.There are water sports and plenty of children?s activities on offer.
Chania

Crete?s second city of Chania is also only a 30 minute drive away.

A must for all visitors to the area, Chania has a stunning Venetian harbour where you can catch a sight seeing tour by horse and carriage or a 30 minute trip out to sea on a glass bottom boat.
There are museums and a huge indoor market.

Chania is an excellent place to shop for clothes, jewellery, leather goods and local art and ceramics.

There are lots of bars, restaurants and clubs to keep you refreshed and on your toes.
Chania Airport

Chania Airport (sometimes known as Souda Airport) is a short 30 to 40 minute drive away.

Car hire is essential.
Samaria Gorge

Samaria Gorge is the only national park in Crete and is one of the most spectacular natural parks in Europe.

The only way to see the gorge is to walk through its entire length, sometime between May and October when passage is permitted, but rest assured that the five or so hours that you spend in this gorge will award you with incredible views.
Palace of Knossos

In Greek mythology, the labyrinth of Crete was derived from the elaborate floor plan of the Palace at Knossos.
The Palace also known by its more romantic name of the Palace of Minos was discovered in 1878.
The palace covers an area of 20,000 square metres and originally had 1.400 rooms.
It has been partially restored.
