Superb holiday. Panoramic Ocean view. Private pool
This lovely, large house sleeps 10 persons and features a south-west orientation with unlimited panoramic views of mountains, valleys and the Mediterranean Sea. A double garage and parking behind gates is available. The villa is within walking distance(500 m) of the medieval village St. Jeannet, where you'll find high-quality food shops and six restaurants and bars.
Living Area
This five-bedroom/three-bath home offers approximately 200 m2 of living space, and sleeps up to ten persons. There is a big entrance hall, two living rooms (one with a fireplace), a veranda, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and toilets, two kitchens, a winter garden with a panoramic view, and open and covered terraces. One living room, one bedroom, one kitchen, and one bathroom and toilet are in an independent studio. The living area is partly air-conditioned and all modern facilities are available.

Kitchen Facilities
The two indoor kitchens have gas stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, microwave furnace and all cooking facilities.
Outside
Outdoor features include a private swimming pool with sunbathing areas, and a 1500 m2 terraced garden with olive, citrus, apricot, and fig trees. An outdoor kitchen includes a wash with hot and cold water and a barbecue as well as a gas grill.

The sunbathing area at the pool includes 7 sunbeds.

The rent is payable by transfer to the owners bank in France in € (Euro). A deposit of 25 % must be paid within 8 days from the date of booking (the “booking deposit”) and the remaining amount is to be paid with 25 % no later than 8 weeks and 50 % no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. To pay by Credit Card (PayPal), email the owner at info@villa-st-jeannet.com . VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Upon receipt of the keys to the house, a deposit of € 500 in cash or by cheque must be made with the caretaker. The deposit will be returned upon the delivery of the keys to the caretaker and after his final inspection of the house.
Suitability
The villa is on a hillside and ideal for a luxury family holiday for all ages. No wheelchair access.
Local Activities
The neighbour village La Gaude is only 4 km away. It is another charming medieval village. IBM has chosen this site for its Southern France research centre with its praised architecture. Saint-Paul de Vence, the top tourist attraction in the area. Do not miss this fascinating village with its many top gourmet restaurants and shops. Near this place you may also find the magnificent art museum Fondation Maeght. Vence, with medieval charm yet 15.000 inhabitants and all facilities. It is only 5 km from the villa in St. Jeannet. The road to Vence exhibits marvellous views of the Côte d'Azur and the Mediterranean Sea. In Vence you find Chapel Rosaire, the museum for Matisse. Cannes, the famous city of the film festivals is situated only 30 km from the villa and Nice, with its famous harbour, beaches and charming old city is only 20 minutes away.
Other Information
Golf near St Jeannet may be found in the Var valley and at Mougins and other places. At least 16 excellent golf courses are available near by. Mountain walking and even rock climbing is possible on site. Skiing in winter is only 1-1,5 hours away, for instance at Isola 2000. Rafting, canoe and hydrospeed are activities, which may be found in the Var and Tinee Valleys.

We have returned from our all too short trip to France and I just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with our stay at your villa in St. Jeannet. It is a beautiful and comfortable home with an amazing view of the surrounding hills and the Mediterranean. I particularly enjoyed the sun porch early in the morning with the Baou St. Jeannet casting its shadow over the hills. Although the drive up was a bit challenging, we soon learned to negotiate the curves without too much difficulty. Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely home.
.Thank you, also, for recommending the Chantegrill restaurant. We had dinner there three times during the week and were very pleased with both the food and the friendly service.
..But, again, our time at the Villa St. Jeannet was very enjoyable and I would readily recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the surrounding area.
